As an Automation Intern, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, innovation and leverage digital solutions. This internship is designed for students with a keen interest in automation, robotics, digital technologies, and their integration into modern business practices.

Your Team

You will report to Product Supply Manager and be based in P&G Binh Duong Plants.

What Success Looks Like:

You will lead an Automation Project to handle tasks regarding the assembling and repairing the production equipment and automation gears; and identify and recommend changes and ways to improve production processes.

As an intern in Engineering:

  • Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of your project from the beginning, and be given specific projects and responsibilities

  • Continuous coaching & mentoring– you will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

  • Current university students with Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or relevant majors that are available to work full-time from July – Sep 2024.

  • Have excellent visionary, strategic and fearless leadership skills

  • Display strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset especially during issues

  • Ability to drive innovation and business growth

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and take initiative and show flexibility

  • English Fluency (written and spoken).
